MALAYSIAN MEE GORENG
MALAYSIAN MEE GORENG.
When visiting Malaysia, you must try this local dish.
It is easy to fry up at home.
You need.
1 pk. mee
1 bowl of bean shoots
4 pics. fried tow foo
1 sliced big onion
2 eggs.
chilly paste, tomato sauce
2tablesp. curry powder
lemon wedges and cut up spring onion, corriander to serve.
Heat up a wok, and 2 tablesp oil fry the onion, add the fried tow foo ,mee and stir well.
Add a dash of fish sauce, curry powder, tomato sauce. When everything is well mixed, push it aside, add a little oil, fry the eggs, add it back and stir, last add in the bean shoots, fry 1 min. dish up and serve with lemon wedges and fried onions, spring onions and corriander.
