VEGETARIAN SOY SAUCE EGGS AND TOWFOO.

Hi folks,
Have been away to Queensland for a 4 weeks holiday, it was hot! Going from Melbourne to Queensland was a big difference. We had a great holiday, cooking and eating and seeing the sites. You can also visit my travel site. http://travelbug41.blogspot.com
and http://101secretrecipes.blogspot.com

I did a few posts while I was up there and should be back to normal soon.
Chinese New Year is just around the corner and there are many things to prepare.
Memories of grandmother’s, mother’s and aunties' cooking come flooding in! We’ll have to go slow and savour every bite when we eat.

Christmas is just days away! With all this festivals piling up, it's great food, glorious food, fantastic food, food for every one. So let's just enjoy, be thankful, be happy, be healthy and eat well.
I also like to thank every one who has visited my site a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. God bless.

Today’s recipe is a simple vegetarian dish.

2 star anise.
1 leek, cut up.
2tablesp. Light soy sauce.
½ tablesp. Dark soy.
Boil 20 mins. Add in the hard boil eggs and tow foo.
